Delete your Focus account

Permanently delete your Focus account without installing the app. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your Focus sign-in account, name and email stored by Focus.
• Your cloud Premium access, Free Pass, purchase-token association and redemption records.
• Account-linked admin and payment records held by Focus.

Deletion normally completes within a few minutes. If processing fails, it is retried automatically. A temporary deletion job is removed after completion.

Device data & subscriptions

Study plans, history, settings and custom profile photos are stored on your phone. Deletion from inside the app also clears this phone's Focus data. If deleting here, clear Focus app data or uninstall Focus on each device to remove those local records.

If you have a Razorpay AutoPay subscription created before the move to Google Play Billing, account deletion will try to stop its future renewals before removing your account. Check the payment app to confirm the mandate is canceled. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own policies.

Account deletion does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel separately to stop future charges. Google Play retains its own purchase and transaction records under its policies.
